1. What This Is

Firetable ("we", "us") is a venue and bar management platform available at firetable.app. By using our website or service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

Firetable provides tools for venue management including VIP table reservations, guest list management, floor plan editing, digital menus, and team coordination. We offer a free 3-month trial and paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll do our best to give reasonable notice for significant changes.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login with unauthorized people. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

After the free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our website in EUR. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Firetable (guest lists, floor plans, menus, etc.). We won't sell your data to third parties.

We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how our website is used and to improve the experience. See our cookie consent banner for details.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our contact form from spam, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use Firetable to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on anyone's intellectual property
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. Availability & Warranties

Firetable is provided "as is". We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be error-free. We're not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.

We recommend keeping your own backups of important data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firetable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via the email associated with your account or through a notice on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
